Current Openings & Roles

Assistant Sales Manager
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving targets.
- Supervise Sales Executives on a daily basis.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups and test drives.
- Handle customer escalations.
- Ensure proper showroom discipline and product presentation.
- Support sales executives in negotiations and closing.
- Track pending bookings and deliveries.
Sales Executive
- Welcome and understand customer requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing and offers.
- Generate enquiries through showroom visits, calls and field activities.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.
- Coordinate finance, insurance, registration and delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Develop referrals and repeat customers.
Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on digital, website and campaign leads.
- Generate appointments and showroom visits.
- Maintain lead databases.
- Update CRM immediately after customer interaction.
- Follow up on missed calls and pending enquiries.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives for lead conversion.
Service Advisor
- Receive customers and understand vehicle complaints.
- Prepare repair orders/job cards.
- Explain required repairs and estimated costs.
- Coordinate with technicians.
- Provide customers with repair updates.
- Obtain approval for additional work.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time.
- Explain completed work and billing to customers.
- Conduct service follow-up after delivery.
Workshop Technician
- Diagnose vehicle problems accurately.
- Perform servicing and repairs according to OEM procedures.
- Use diagnostic equipment correctly.
- Complete jobs within standard time.
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
- Report additional defects to the Service Advisor.
- Keep tools and work areas clean.
- Avoid repeat repairs and ensure first-time-right repair.
Floor Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor
- Allocate jobs to technicians.
- Monitor workshop workflow.
- Check job progress and pending vehicles.
- Support technicians with difficult repairs.
- Monitor productivity and job quality.
- Ensure vehicles move through the workshop without unnecessary delays.
- Conduct final technical inspection before delivery.
Spare Parts Manager / Parts Executive
- Maintain adequate stock of fast-moving and critical parts.
- Receive and inspect parts.
- Issue parts against authorized job cards.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Monitor obsolete, slow-moving and non-moving stock.
- Place orders with OEM/distributors.
- Conduct periodic stock verification.
- Prevent unauthorized issue or wastage of parts.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain personnel records.
- Manage administration, housekeeping, security and facility requirements.
Driver
- Safely operate dealership vehicles.
- Maintain test-drive and company vehicles.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for use.
- Follow traffic and safety regulations.
- Maintain vehicle documents and basic records.
- Support vehicle movement between showroom, workshop, RTO and other locations.
